Ricardo is a psychologist from Tenerife,

who has lived in the last years between Finland, Denmark, and Sweden where he has participated and learned a lot as an assistant, student, and co-creator in various workshops and festivals related to meditation, authenticity, tantra, movement, and relationships. After contemplating on the tantric principals and tantric secrets he learned in Denmark, Ricardo understood  that all the tools and methods, different psychological approaches he learned in his long career as a psychotherapist, can be applied and united in a more holistic way, in the tantric name, the tantric way of embracing the divine in every instance, in the non binarity of the creation.

In addition to his training in Psychology, he has also trained in Mindfulness, Tantric Philosophy, Communication, Coaching, and Emotional Intelligence as well as other aspects related to personal and social development.

His greatest passion is to accompany people and himself in the discovery of our own authenticity and the achievement of inner freedom.
